Egg rolls are one of my favorite foods. They make a great appetizer or even a meal. This is my favorite sauce to serve for dipping, or if you’re like me…slather it on!
Sweet and Sour Plum Sauce with Cranberry
- 1 Lg. Bag whole Cranberry
- 4 cups chopped plums
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 pkg. fruit pectin
Combine all fruit and cook until soft, add sugar and vinegar bring to boil, stir in fruit pectin, boil one minute. Place in glass jars and freeze or water bath can per safe canning directions.
